Pastured Chicken Meat
[Coming 2027]
A current passion project of Grace’s to produce wonderful meat and eggs from slow growing, dual purpose heritage chicken breeds.
These traditional rare breeds were the original table birds with delicious tasting meat! The hens join the egg laying flock and the cockerels become table birds, unlike in commercial egg laying systems where most day old male chicks are destroyed at hatch.
